Either pay to have it unlocked or go to verizon. I believe they can help. If your near down town long beach my boss could probably help too. I work at metro

It's unlocked already and i am using with metropcs but my 4g goes and comes and i can't send any photos too only receive, my access point must be wrong...

Not sure about the MMS settings, but for mobile data, this is what I have managed to find on the fly:

Name: MetroPCS
APN: Fast.t-mobile.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

Try those and see if it works. You won't be able to send MMS without the proxy settings, which I haven't been able to find as of yet, but at least you'll be able to connect to the internet via LTE.

You should be able to go to metro tell themyour apn is wrong. It should be fast metro or something like that
