Keyboard keeps defaulting to default keyboard

I installed the swift keyboard. The default one does no spell correction. My phone constantly switches back to the default one. I constantly have to go into settings and switch it back. How do I lock it so it doesn't switch it back? If it makes any difference or helps, my phone is rooted

I'm assuming this is the place where you were changing it?

To change the default keyboard, follow these steps:

1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to and tap Language & keyboard.
4. Tap HTC Sense Input.
5. Tap Keyboard selection.
6. Tap to select one of the available keyboards.

Just want to make sure we're starting off from the same point.

This is how I've been selecting the keyboard. Then after a random amount of time, it just switches back to the default stock one. I then have to follow the steps above to do it again.
