Apps image select or deselect in imageview..?

I have a horizontal scroll view inside which i have six image view and i am implementing on click on each image uptil things work fine.
Furthermore i want "when user clicked image it is selected and background color changes and when user clicked again the image is deselected and background color is change again".

I need something like this:
