Help Disabling permanently or deleting one of the settings

I currently have a rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 4, model number SM-N910T, with Android version 5.1.1. I was just wondering but is there any way for me to disable permanently or delete one of the settings options? So for example, under "Sound and display" in "Settings", Note 4 has the "Multi window" option. Is there any app or hacking tricks to either make that icon disappear or even error out if I try to access it without it affecting anything else?

I have reasons on why I want to achieve this and I thought I could ask here, hoping that someone has successfully done this on their phone.

Thanks in advance!

I suspect that an AOSP ROM might not have the function, though that's a guess rather than a certainty. But that may be a bigger change than you were looking for, especially as it is likely to remove other features (e.g.I don't know how well the S-pen would work, since I don't have one of these phones).

Actually, that's probably the best method. Going with AOSP ROM might make me lose some of the native functionalities but it will get the job done. Thanks!
