99% of baby-making aged males use their cell phones on a daily basis. I haven't noticed a baby shortage...

Nope. It's all crap. Spec the 4th(!) just had his first birthday cake in January. Nexus 5 carried religiously in my front pants pocket. Add 7 coffees, 2 Monster Energy drinks, 2 Adderall, a pack of Newport, all taken daily at the time. Maybe some food in there too. Oh yeah. Bacon. :D

Just realized a great benefit to having YouTube Red. Apparently after witnessing incredible burn in on a S6 Edge at Best Buy, I realized keeping YouTube on with the screen for 10+ hours could destroy my beloved Note 3. I only use this device for media and it would be a nightmare to set up a new device with all the customizations I've done. It's rooted, has a ROM, couple tweaked Xposed modules, and a crap ton of music.

So I guess $10 a month it is. Better than burn in and me losing my 3+ year device I rely on for media needs.

What is it about regular YouTube that would cause burn-in? Using the app I don't see any watermark or status bar that stays on the screen. I love YouTube, I watch it daily, but I personally would never pay for it.

Eat in the dark to lose weight, say scientists
Volunteers ate nearly 10 per cent less ice-cream when blindfolded, and believed they had eaten far more

Turning the lights out or wearing a blindfold while eating could be a quick way to lose weight, according to scientists.

The simple trick works because it stops diners eating for pleasure rather than for calories. It also triggers a part of the brain that is worried that unseen food may be rotten without visual clues to show it is fresh.

An experiment by the University of Konstanz, in Germany, found that people who were blindfolded consumed nine per cent fewer calories before they felt full, compared to those who could see.

What will stop munching for me is getting crumbs in the laptop keys.

I ate a mince pie last night (yeah we still have some left over from Christmas!). I left the little container foil tray on my plate and went back to typing on my laptop. Then dear youngest daughter picks up the tray and empties the entire crumb content right over my keyboard. Kids eh? Got to love 'em.

I found this on the bulletin board in the lobby of my apartment. It's all yours if you send me a stamp! [emoji6]

I keep it on too long with certain playlists that I think will have the exact the same picture. Like anime OST playlists. They'll just use one photo from the anime so it'll stay on like that for 10+ hours. It's not a guarantee that it'd burn in but better safe than sorry. Also helps battery life to have screen off. I don't want to perpetually keep it plugged in all day long. =)

After swearing off moving after trying but failing to several times last year, I'm going to see a singlewide with this view tomorrow morning...

Wow. Some views really are quite breathtaking. I know when I lived in Alaska in a top floor apartment, you could see the mountains. Paid a small fortune for that apartment but it was truly worth it. Shame I lost all my photos on a non backed up SD card that got corrupted.

Had every known curse of the manufactureds in this wacky development. Notched in the side of a cliff, requiring a roller coaster driveway, having the connecting road right next to the master bedroom window. Have to look through small windows, then through adjacent Arizona Room windows, to see that view. Going to see another, on flatter land and no views, tomorrow.

We lived in a mobile when first moving to CO. They accepted pets. Stuffed the spaces on the extension with toilet paper to cut down on cold air.

We had an irrigation ditch close to the back yard. It was great when warm weather hit. Listen to running water.
Then the rails at Bandimere Speedway started up on Friday and Saturday nights ---------

If I am diligent, I can lose one to two pounds a day. Just by skipping a meal or two, and eating lightly at dinner.

I have dropped ten pounds this month already (I need to lose at least fifteen more).

Unfortunately, tonight is pizza night... Even a thin-crust is dangerously fattening to me. I just gained two pounds, eating half of what I would normally eat.
You mean.. You could eat at least 4 POUNDS of PIZZA?! [emoji33] Holy Crap!! [emoji12]
