I ran some tests due to my phone acting very odd lately. I need help understanding what these results mean, I am clueless as to what I'm looking at.

Well, you still haven't told us exactly what it was that you did (i.e., what steps did you take to produce the diagnostics results screen)...

Anyway, this thread over at XDA shows exactly the same pass/fail results as your device:

Apparently, you need to run the tests (however you triggered them) by removing it from any case and placing it on a flat surface BEFORE you initiate the tests.

It's likely those tests are showing results of the gyro and/or other orientation devices and need to be in a unchanging, stable position before the tests are run (again, however you triggered them).

edit: and that location screen is fine and is unrelated to what you first reported regarding your HRM EOL Test.

I see.. thank you. Honestly I really don't know what I'm looking for I'm just trying to see if there's any way to show/see if someone has gotten into my phone as a third party.. someone has stolen my identity and it scares me that he/she/they could possibly be getting information from my phone. Whoever this is, is extremely smart,or just good at what they do. Local police say they have never seen such a severe case..

Don't waste time running tests, change ALL account passwords (Google, FB, Twitter etc) via another device then factory-reset the phone.
