Update probs

Hi all, any advice would be very much appreciated, I have a galaxy s4 active which is stuck on 4.4.2, i really would prefer it on 5 or lollipop any version as certain apps dont work without update, please help ! Many thanks in advance !

Just a couple of quick questions to see if we can help resolve your issue.

Are you currently registered on and using the AT&T network?

Is your phone rooted?

Hi, my phone isnt at&t it is currently being used on tesco / o2 network ( uk ) not sure on rooted, I installed towel root and super su ( no pc attached ) when I try to update I get message box " latest updates installed ", my other s4 ( broken screen hence the active ) was on 5.0.1 and all apps worked ( snapchat etc )

What is the model number, as per #1.2 of 29 Galaxy S4 models - know yours?

Found the updates at XDA. Be sure to read instructions carefully. If you rooted with Towelroot and have SuperSu, you will need to flash back to stock before you update.
