I was having a problem when I got home yesterday with my brand new S7. It was fine at work on their wifi, but once I got home and connected to my home wifi, I had no internet (or it was very, very, very slow.) I started searching Google and found something about Bluetooth being on and nothing connected was doing this. If I connect my BT earpiece or headphones, no problems.
*** My fix: I went to settings > connections > more connection settings > nearby device scanning - and turned it off. It uses BT LE, wifi, etc. to scan for nearby devices (I personally don't need this, I know what I want to connect to.) After turning this off, everything worked as it should, at least on my particular S7 on my particular network.
Anyway, I hope this helps someone else, there were a lot of complaints on this issue but I hadn't seen a solution.
