This is an annoying problem I've been living with for a while; but I'd love to know how to stop it. It mostly happens with Facebook, but it also happens with at least one internet blog.
Just for one example, say I'm on FB, and maybe click on a video link. I watch the video or only part of it; or maybe it doesn't load at all, and I go back to the FB home page. What happens is that while the page headers, etc. will load, everything else is blank. If I close that page and open one of my blogs, I get the same symptom - the background of the page loads, but an otherwise blank screen. It's as though the browser is stuck trying to load something else and won't let it go.
My work-around has been to close out of my browser, re-open the browser, go to settings, and clear the cache. Then everything works fine again. Until next time.
