Memory card corruption

So this is very frustrating for me. I have 3 64gb micro sd cards that i bought that has been coming up as corrupted on my phone. 2 of them I bought on Amazon for $20 both sandisk, i figured since it's probably one of the fake sd cards that has to be the problem. This micro sd that I literally just bought from best buy is showing up as corrupted as well, i formatted it using the the android system rebooted my phone and the same thing occurred, i honestly didnt start having sd card problems until i updated to 6.0 I really just want to know why is this happening and is there any kind of fix to this.

My last resort is to go back to katana rom and try again. If that doesn't work then I'm either getting an replacement device ir a new phone.

I think you should stop formating them and use them with the fat they came with. You can goggle the cards and format them with the sdformat.apk in the playstore back to design fat they came with. The 6.0 o/s
Uses the externel card how the build prop states by default. If you don't want to do it with mm's defaults just go back to Lp and you shouldn't have a problem. Try to keep it simple is probley best on a phone.
Just my 2 cents.
Cheers.

Next time you buy a card, use SD Insight app to check if it is legit.

Don't format the sd card in the phone as viper and daffy said.

From my own experience, Sandisk cards fail alot.

The one i bought is a Samsung evo+. Even when i formatted it vua my computer the minute i pop it in my phone it says it's corrupt

I'm home now, So after formatting the samsung sd card. I placed it in my LG L70 running cm13 and had 0 errors. I also rebooted the phone to see if it'll corrupt after starting up and again 0 errors. I then switched my sanddisk sd that was in my stylo and put it into my L70 and no errors popped up. I then formatted my samsun on my laptop and right when I placed the sd card in my stylo, BAM! sd card corruption, so I'm about 99% sure it's my phone but won't know 100% until downgrade back to LP. My 16gb I had since the Sidekick phone era seems to work which is strange.

Ok, so i finally had the chance to downgrade back to LP to test my theory and so far 0 problems. Didn't get a corruption message the second the sd card was placed, i mounted and uncounted the sd card several times and had 0 problems. I'm going to root and install katana rom in the morning and see what happens from there.
