Rooted Phone can't make or receive calls

I rooted my android kitkat 4.4, and accidentally deleted some default apps and my phone cant make calls or even receive calls, then i restored it to factory setting and now it cant even start, What might be the problem and how can i solve it? please help!

I've only had a very brief scan, but that site appears to be legitimate and there are instructions on how to flash the zip file.

Flash at your own risk though.

The apps you deleted reside on the system partition and a factory reset wipes the data and cache partitions so factory resetting wouldn't bring them back. It's generally the same with most "modifications" you make with root, a factory reset won't sort. Something to remember for the future.

I don't think he can do any more damage than he's already done. So telling him to use that at his own risk would be a little redundant at this point you think? Lol

Hello, i did as you said but it didn't work. I tried flashing using SP Flash tool but it did not work.
I again tried booting the phone and install stock ROM on the SD Card but the phone boots just into Factory mode, with no options of booting from the sd card.
Also, i tried burning the image on the sd card using PhoenixCard and tried installing it via sd card but it failed.
Am out of options now, can you help any further please?
