LG Cam Plus Problem

Hi, I have the G5 with the Cam Plus but when it is attached and I'm on a phone call the person at the other end cannot hear me.
it works fine with a Bluetooth headset and earphones. it records sound when videoing which suggests the microphone works fine.
LG have said to hold the shutter and record button until the led flashes but this does not work.
anyone have any ideas?

I'm guessing you're the 1st person here w/the Cam Plus module,I wish I could duplicate/verify.
I almost bought one yesterday,but,I'm gonna wait,see if LG produces one that'll better match w/the Gold version....
In the meantime,I'll look around & post any links that may be of help.

Hello there and welcome @Jason Butler !
I received my 360 cam a few days ago
I'd have to try to replicate your issue, but won't be able to until later tonight
Anyway, so in order to replicate it, turn on the cam, connect it to my device, then place a phone call while recording or not recording?

Edit: ah crap, this thread is about the Cam Plus module, sorry, my bad.
