Help How to remove this popup thingy

When I was using an app say Music Theory, this popup comes up. The popup say that '[Music Theory, in this case] Recommend: [about some shitty app]'. When I was using an app, I always get this popup. If I am correct, the app that was recommended was a sharing app.. So the question is 'How do I remove this thing?'

Hi,go to settings>sound & notification>scroll down to " notification " > "App notification" , see which app [apps] is causing the notifications in the notification bar , tap on the app and tap on block button [ enable the switch below the gear icon] (never show notifications from this app )
