Three days ago, I was signing in and out of different Snapchat accounts on my unrooted Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, then when I tried to sign back in to an account I got the "Oh no! Your log in temporarily failed". I clicked through to the link it gave me and filled in an error report form, I received an automated response telling me I have been unauthorised third party apps. I am completely unaware of this if I am, I am not rooted and my bootloader is not unlocked. In the email they said to wait a day and it would be returned to normal. Nothing happend after that time period. So the following day I performed a factory reset and this had no effect again. I filled in another error report form this morning explaining the situation and I got another automated response telling me to try all the obvious things (ie. uninstalling and reinstalling Snapchat, rebooting device and using the app over the mobile network and the WiFi- all of which failed). I can sign in on other devices. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can resolve this?
