speaker problem

well love the phone and got it the 25 on launch day. everything has been perfect till yesterday. think my speaker went hay wire. when i turn the volumn up past half way, it gets really staticky and sounds horrible. if i keep it down below half way it sounds normal. any one else experience this?

come on some one has to have had this happent to them? what do i do to fix it if possiible or do i need to return for a new one.

Sounds like the speaker is blown. Take it to a store and have them verify it and replace it, or call the cs dept of verizon and they'll send a replacement. It happens from time to time, nothing you can do about it.

just got off the phone with them. they said it sounds just as you have described but they are on back order for new incredibles and wont get them till june 5 which puts me over my 30 trial period as i got it on launch day the 29. what to do.

For the most part the incredible has had few issues so as long as they will give you a new one I woujd wait if not return it and wait until the 5th. Personally I have not experienced any issues at all. My only issue is that I am in construction and quite a few times it has almost gotten smashed. I might return mine go back to the pearl flip but still thinking about it!
