I have a CAT B15Q phone, running Android 4.4.2.
I've recently started getting warning how my internal memory is pretty low and that services stop working. So every time that happens I clean data and cash stuff from all applications, and it fixes the problem temporarily, until it comes back as soon as the next day. I've even tried using Clean Master but it also fixes it very temporarily. So I've connected my phone to my laptop to see where all the files that take up all my memory are, and, as it turns out, they're nowhere.
When I select everything from my internal memory, right click and go ti properties it says that the total size of it is 4.29MB, while in the phone storage settings it says that 1.89GB/1.90GB is taken.
So could this be a virus or something? Will a factory reset help?

Phone reporting can be confusing sometimes. The best thing to do is first go get Ram Truth by our very own @scary alien. :) Then report back your results.

I'd recommend dumping Clean Master right away. Its what I would call 'intrusionware' and doesn't really do what it says it should.

You ram can fill up with log file bloat or overly full email or SMS databases. While dumping cache and app data might be a temporary fix, it's not a solution.
