Hi, I was trying to establish your whereabouts and carrier as updates are pushed out by the carrier, be it AT&T, Verizon, or whoever, for instance Samsung put the update out to Verizon, who then alter or add their own bloatware to it, and then roll it out to their customers. So if the country and carrier are known I or anyone can access the Sammobile web site and check the latest firmware for your phone. Phil
Hi, looking at the AT&T website there is no update to the firmware you have, for some reason they seem to be dragging their feet over the Marshmallow release. Phil

My note 4 has MM now for about 3 weeks, so far, knock knock, there hasn't been anything to cause me any discomfort. This is the first full OS upgrade from Verizon that did not screw up my phone.
I did not even do an FDR, just restarted the phone. Sorry to hear of your discomfort.
Which means you just might have Vodafone, O2, EE, 3, or an MVNO like Tesco Mobile to be dealing with instead.
FWIW when I brought a PRC phone(Oppo R7 Plus) to the UK a few months ago... "Software update is temporarily unavailable. Try again later.", and then I found non of my streaming music apps would work either.

It was only 10 days in the UK, I could leave the Mi San Dao back in the PRC and not miss it too much. Had much better things to do while I was there. Going to the UK again in the Autumn.
