Help T-Mobile Device unlock

If someone reports it lost, they need to have full ownership and proof of ownership of the device and/or the account the device is linked to. Since the S6 Edge is SIM card linked, without the sim card, T-Mobile can't really lock the device unless the seller were to give T-Mobile the IMEI number, which they then could permanently blacklist the phone until the seller brings the device to a T-Mobile store to get it restored.

Basically, Fully unlocked means you can use any GSM Carrier with it, if you have the correct SIM card.
