You need to have your USB cable plugged in during the key combo - not after seeing this screen.
Turn of your device, take out the battery. Then plug USB in, put the battery back in, press VOLup + POWER.
When the phone vibrates, release POWER and wait.

My device boot ONLY IN FASTBOOT MODE.
It wan't boot in recovery, it wan't boot normally, IT START ONLY IN FASTBOOT.
Please, if you have boot.img system.img recovery.img and other files that can be flashed via fastboot, please upload them. I would like to recover my device... :(
Thank you in advance!

Did you run cmd as an administrator (if your OS is Windows) ?
What exactly did you do before it happened?

Yes, when I do
Code:
sudo fastboot devices
the pc recognizes the device. I can also flash recovery, boot etc, fastboot works at 100%
But the device don't boot in download mode (I want flash stock ROM).
Before of this, I've wiped all in recovery (dalvik, data, system, etc.).
Now I have flashed TWRP recovery via fastboot and I flashed cyanogenmod, now the device boot and work but don't go in download mode.
Sorry for bad language, but I'm not English...
Thank you in advance
---- update:
I've tired to do
Code:
adb shell
then
Code:
su
then
Code:
reboot download
but the device reboot normally, no in download mode...

--- update:
My same problem: http://androidforums.com/threads/lg-l70-d320-stuck-in-fastboot-mode-please-help.1011557/ but in the link of solution, on Mega link the file has been deleted... Please help me

SLOVED!
How to slove:
Download this https://www.mediafire.com/folder/287nt8sdf31c8/LAF for your device (my is D320n)
Then, go to download directory and rename the file in laf.img
Open a terminal (root) and cd /Your/Download/Directory
Boot in fastboot, connect at PC and
Code:
fastboot flash laf laf.img
now reboot with
Code:
fastboot reboot
and reboot in download mode, you can see the download screen!
