Last month I made the mistake of deleting pre-installed system applications which has completely messed up my phone. Google Play Services would stop working every five minutes and I could no longer log into my Google PlayStore account so I decided to reboot my phone completely hoping that this would restore it but even now I can't get into any of my Google accounts. Help please?

You'll have to re-flash the stock manufacturer firmware to restore correct operation, as the missing system files have messed things up. Rebooting and resetting will NOT fix it.

What phone have you got there, make, model, Android version and carrier, because that will determine what you need to do, sites, how-tos, videos, etc.
