Hey Gang, given that our EVO's will support 32gb Microcards, I'm looking for one and came across this listing.

NEW 32GB 32G microSD micro SD SDHC - eBay (item 140407415439 end time May-17-10 12:12:01 PDT)

Any thoughts on this?

My issue is this: I looked on Sandisks website and the picture they have of their 32gb micro sd card shows its a class 2 and the one for sale on ebay shows a class 4. I haven't been able to verify if Sandisk even makes a class 4 32gb micro sd card, so that could be a pretty good tip off that it is fake.

Call me crazy, but for $25 it's almost worth the risk. The seller has quite a few positive reviews, but it looks like they have only sold low quality jewelry in the past, wonder how they made the jump to high end electronics so fast? :)

On a side note, I got a 16gb Sandisk Micro sd class 2 card about 6 weeks ago off EBAY, that shipped from China and it was everything it should be. No problems formatting it, holds 15.6 gb of stuff, and had no problems with the transaction. It was only $15 bucks and I'm pretty happy with that deal. It was the cheapest 16gb micro that I could find at the time.

It's tough when you are ordering from 1/2 way around the world.

Any thoughts?

THis is odd...I can't find anything on google to suggest the product even exists?

Therein lies my problem, I can't even verify that Sandisk MAKES a 32gb Micro SD in a class 4.

Probably too good to be true, but the first one worked out and a 32gb will hold all of the music I'll want to listen to, as well as plenty of movies and such. Would love it, if it was legit! ;)

Here is the same exact card in a few articles:

First 32 GB microSD Cards Now Available from SanDisk

I'm thinking about doing it myself. Sometimes things get lost and sold for cheap in China. Worst case scenario, I lose $25; best case scenario, I save $200ish.

If I could verify that Sandisk makes a CLASS 4 32g micro sd, I would probably go for it, but so far I have only seen class 2 in pictures of the actual cards. If they are going to try to rip me off, they should at least get the specifications right. :p

I'll keep looking, but if anyone can verify a Class 4, I'll probably pull the trigger.

well if I had the money I would buy it since you can get a refund from paypal and ebay.

It'll take months to get, and you will have to jump through all sorts of hoops, but you should get it.

Oddly enough, there is no shortage of these cards on ebay from various sellers:

We got this guy...

This guy...

And this guy...

And quite a few others it looks like.

Either they know somebody, or this is a new scam which people have yet to be privy to.

Well that sucks for your brother, but you also have to realize these sellers are buying tons of these cards at once. I just hope the seller is nice enough to exchange or refund

The 16gb card was priced at $30 which is quite believable considering you can get them off amazon for around $40. But $25 for a 32gb micro sd is absurd given the fact that they are retailed at $199. If it sounds like a deal to good to be true, it usually is....off ebay anyways.

Yeah I hear you there most things are to good to be true on ebay, but I usually take the chances since your protected with paypal, lol. If it was craigslist, that would be another story.

lol i love paypal but sometimes it can be a hassle dealing with that kind of stuff. I am looking to sell 2 iphones and 2 samsung impressions on ebay just so my family can all port over to sprint to get the evo next month. I'm hoping everything goes through smoothly selling-wise and I don't have to deal with any buyers that aren't "satisfied" with my phones. I've sold multiple phones before as I like getting new phones a lot, and have had customers complain that it wasn't in perfect condition even though I stated it shows signs of use.

Yeah I sell a lot on ebay, the only problem I ever had was with a monitor I sold, but phones and everything I have had no complaints, but I'm getting ready to do what your doing again with the family phones. lol

@pooginowski

It is funny because I left sprint back in october for at&t to get the iphone, but now I am going to sell all the iphones and other phones just to pay for the cancellation fees and the price of the evo's. But over the course of the year I will be savings about $600 with sprint service. And I will be getting the sero version of the sprint plan which is discounted big time.
