Help e mail app

I have 3 emails set up on e mail app. 1 is gmail 1 is Hotmail and the 3rd is my work e mail through Time Warner Cable. Until last week all 3 emails were synching properly. last week my work e mail stopped synching to my phone. I get an error message that "Can't connect to the server".I have done everything from reentering the email info again to doing a hard shutdown on my phone and reentering the info. Same problem. I have called LG, Anroid, Time Warner and T Mobile (my provider) and they are all passing the buck saying "It's not our problem". It's got to be somebody's problem.

Everybody in my office has no problem accessing their e mails except for me. The settings is POP 3 and I compared the incoming server & outgoing server settings to my coworkers phones and the settings are all correct.

Does anybody have a solution to my problem?

So things were working OK and then it was just your Time Warner email account started to act up. In your email app if you take a close look at the last received (Time Warner) email, does it have any kind of out of sorts formatting or an attachment? If you log into your Time Warner account using its webmail interface through a web browse is everything still coming through?
Also, are your coworkers also using POP3 or is there a mix of POP3 and IMAP?

I finally found a 4th e mail app Correo Hotmail App that works. Very strange that 3 other e mail apps don't work!
