A call blocker app that can choose what to do with blocked calls

I have been trying a lot of call blocker app that would fit my work. So far, no luck. So I figure I may ask for recommendations. I am running on android lollipop (samsung galaxy J5, 2015). For a call blocker app, I am looking for,

Has a call log for all calls in and out from this phone, not just a call log for calls that are blocked.
Allow me to block calls from call log.
I can choose how to block a phone calls or SMS. e.g, send to voicemail directly (don't ring), mute, or hang up (no ring, no voicemail). A lot of call blockers simply block and don't tell you how they block calls.
Can choose to block "unknown" calls or "anonymous calls" but not both. This one is hard. Most of call blockers just have one option, block "unknown" calls and "anonymous calls." Ok, this is optional. If the app doesn't have this one, it's ok. Some people who call me from their offices would show up as "anonymous calls." I don't want to block those calls.

Can block calls that don't even show up in call log. I have noticed that there are calls now that just don't even show up in call log and they can't be blocked. Of course, I don't know their numbers.
Don't require me to log in with other more private information, like signing in with my google account, facebook account etc. This kind of call blockers can allow only calls from my facebook account etc. This is too much for me. I don't need such a strict call blocker.

Are they just saving these features for pay version? But I want to actually use the call blocker app to know if I like it or not before I pay for it.

Does your phone have one built in? Check under System Settings > Privacy > Blacklist.

You can also access the blacklist from your stock messaging app.

Yes, but it doesn't allow me to choose how to block calls (mute, hang up, or send to voice mail). I will try out these suggestions soon and see how it goes. Thanks.

Yes it does. By default it will send the call to voicemail but with wildcards or unknown numbers the call is ended. You can fine tweak these settings in the stock contact and messaging apps.

You can also direct a contact to voicemail by pressing overflow then the checkbox "All calls to voicemail".

Please note this will send any numbers under the same entry to voicemail as well. If a PBX based call comes in it's subkey or extension will be included.

Now I tried Calls blacklist pro (the paid version). No, it only has call log for blocked calls, not for all calls.

I followed your instruction and tried the blocking setting from my phone. No, it doesn't allow me to choose mute, hang up, or send to voice mail. It has some options but not this many.

I tried Truecaller. It requires me to log in my google account, something like that. I don't like a call blocker requiring more private information. I don't need such a strict call blocker. And protecting my personal privacy is more important so I don't want to give it to some company just because I am using a call blocker app on my cell phone.

So, my solution is to download two call blockers. One will handle some and the other will handle some more, because none of them can handle all what I want to do alone. Let's see how it goes then. Thank you.

In the calls blacklist pro app, click on the blue "+" and a new window will pop up, then choose from call log, contacts, manually, etc. I also use True caller for the vast majority.

I use Truecaller. You can create a separate one with email only.

And having already signed in with Google I can uncouple it any time. However my credibility goes down because it's harder to verify an individual if it isn't tied to an account.
