I submitted the online rebate form for the ZMAX PRO on August 9th with proof of purchase. I got an email confirmation with all the info I entered and a rebate tracking #. Well, when I try to track my rebate it just keeps saying the info I entered does not match. Can't track it via tracking # either. Emailed the rebate center customer service and they replied asking me to provide information I already provided when I emailed them LOL! I'm guessing they can't track/find my rebate either?

Anyone else having trouble tracking their rebate?

Got another reply from the rebate center cust. service. They said it can take up to 14 days for the rebate form to be processed in their system. I will check it in 5 days and post an update.

Not sure if you actually must have the phone activated, but the rebate form does ask the date of activation though.

You may have a point. Who knows, I may just cave and get it in store.
Just buy it in store, its faster, they set your service up for you, no gimmicky mail in rebate. In the store its an instant rebate meaning you would pay 99$ + 15 +Taxes, plus another 15 bucks if you want headphones or a case but its optional. I got headphones because I needed them but you dont have to get them

It has now been 15 days and still can't track my rebate. Metro obviously goofed. Customer service tried to blame it on me saying it was probably submitted incorrectly. When I said how can that be when I received an email confirmation telling me it was successfully submitted. Customer service had nothing to say but to give it a couple of more days. If I still have a problem in a couple of days I will have to resubmit the rebate via regular mail.

I wish they would just admit to fault and just give me a $60 refund on my credit card...yea right...blame the customer seems to be every businesses model now a days.

Ordering online wasn't your best course of action (not meaning to criticize i know everyone has different lifestyles). Many things go wrong, some times the right offices don't receive things or things get lost in the mail. I would say keep calling until you get someone who can assist you properly.

The thing is if I were to buy in-store I would end up paying $121 out the door vs $106 online after rebate. I guess that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. Never again :)
I paid 140 for the device with headphones (i have Bluetooth but i keep a wired pair for general use) the payment structure was this, 99$+15=114, 114+15=129, 129+taxes=138.40

This is just getting better and better. I was told to mail in my info to the re-submission dept with photo copies of my MEI/Proof of purchase. I mailed them the rebate form, a scanned copy of my MEI (I scanned the entire side of the box with the MEI, serial #), and proof of purchase. About 7 days after I mailed it all, I was finally able to track my rebate and the status showed as "processing". I just checked again and it now says DENIED because I supposedly sent them the wrong MEI #. How is that possible? I sent them exactly what was scanned off the box the phone came in. I just don't get it
