Accessories So where's the official car dock?

There's a large thread about aftermarket ones here. But nothing on the official HTC or VZ branded one that people have posted pics of. Where is it? Who's got it?

There is an "official car dock" thread a few have it in there with pics. I bought one and returned it 5 minutes later. idk I just didn't like it suction cups never stay on well and this one had a warped suction clear plastic cup. I'm waiting to see what SEIDIO offers and trying to be patient to see what else funnels out

Got mine in store a week ago. I absolutely love it. Mine is mounted on the dash. I've had no problems with the suction cup.

My store doesn't have any DI accessories upfront I had to ask for them. At firs they brought out all the cases and I asked if they had a car mount so she went back and brought it out. $25 with discount which is not bad. Haven't tried it yet but planning to this weekend.

I bought one last week and HATED it! It was way too big and clunky for me. It did look like it would fit in a cup holder but it didnt. I returned it after 2 days.

But the car dock I love. Yes it's big but it's rock solid, even when off roading.

I searched again last night, still can't find it on the VZ site.

I did FINALLY find one in a store today! This thing is slick! It also doubles as a belt clip, and I've been scouring ebay and other sites for a clip-in style belt clip.

I got that very dock at the VZW corporate store on launch day.

I kept mine, ordered it in the store and had it shipped to my house, and just used the Holster. It fits several other mounts I have in my vehicles. I'll keep the suction mount in case I have a need for it but I really just wanted it for the holster.

I got one for $30 in store (had to ask for it), and it works perfectly and seems very secure. I haven't had any problems with the suction cup, just need to make sure that the window is pretty flat in that part (thats how the suction works duh). Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase, good quality and a fair price.

Does anyone know if the stock verizon DI car mount/holster will work with the soft cases from verizon? I have the black red gradient vzw6300rdg case and wanted to make sure it fit with the mount too. Thanks for the help.

While I didn't get the pictured dock, it was available at my local VZW store the night before the phone was even released. I strolled in there on 4/28 and wanted to buy some accessories for my Incredible that I was getting the next day and the guy went into the back and grabbed all kinds of stuff including this dock. I didn't get it because I don't need it, but it's been available for a while.

Too bad they don't include that slot in the holster that fits the cases. That seems like such a cool feature. I got lucky that I had other mounts that use that system. Glad I got this one for sure but I also got the red to black fade case that I can't use now without constantly taking it on and off to put it in the holster. I bet if someone was really good with a dremel they could grind out that slot into the case holster clip. Oh and I mentioned this in another post but this holster works great for clipping the phone inside your front pants pocket. It makes me want to use my phone as a media player more often.
