How do I find hidden apps on my phone

Which hidden apps are you referring to?

Yes, depends what you mean by hidden. If they are just hidden from the app drawer (as many launchers allow) then look in your launcher's app drawer settings. If they are installed normally look in Settings > Apps >All (even disabled apps show there).

If you are talking about spyware or a rootkit trojan it won't be so simple, so if it's something malicious you are looking for then more information would help.
