Galaxy Note 7 replacements in Canada said to be shipping as early as Today!

Good News for Note 7 Owners in Canada! After a complete Worldwide recall of the Galaxy Note 7 last week, because the smartphone’s “battery has the potential to overheat and burn, explode while charging.”

Canada's shipments will begin, those who filled out a registration form for an exchange have started to receive confirmation emails.

“We have received your registration through the Samsung Exchange Process and we anticipate that your device will begin to ship starting as early as Thursday, September 19th,”

says an email from Paul Brannen, Samsung Canada’s COO and EVP Mobile Solutions.

Rumors say some can start recieving Note 7's as early as today, the 15th.

Meanwhile, those of us in the United States are still waiting for the CPSC to finish their investigation of the Recall so we can get New Note 7's in our hands asap!!! I am Praying that it is More Sooner then Later!

So, what's good for the Kanucks is not good for Gander?

All of you should petition the CPSC to go to Canada to help them check all the new Note 7's and meanwhile the US ones will be allowed to ship immediately as there would be no active CPSC in the US.
