Root I'm thinking about porting ROMS for us

Hey I just needed to know what phone has similar specs to us and has custom ROMs built for it, please help me understand this because I'm not entirely sure which phone is. To my understanding all I have to do is change the boot.img, Meta-inf, and build.prop to achieve porting, I'll just try my hand at it tho and find out. Any help or knowledge would be helpful.

Ty, sooooo far I've gotten it to install correctly but, it doesn't boot due me porting the boo.img incorrectly. I'm going to keep on trying tho because this device could definitely use some help lol.

Hmm it has definitely been a min since I've even bothered with this anymore due to do much major failage. I guess I'll give it a whirl again tho because I just got my pc ready for this stuff anyway and it seems there are people who still want me to do this or at least keep on trying. OK I'll start again tomorrow. Any advice anyone has is more than welcome. Ughh rely wish I had enough space on my hdd or I would've just built it instead of port

I was trying to port it, I don't have enough space on my PC to make a ROM, nothing boots and I tried dissecting the last cm12 ROM made for our device but couldn't get no where. Hell I almost thought I was the last that even was attempting anything with this phone but I that's probably not true lol.
