A few days ago I emailed HTC with some concerns regarding updating the incredible to 2.2, the reception issues, and battery life. They wrote me back and said HTC is completely and totally committed to all there devices regarding updates. They noted the Eris upgrade to 2.1 and basically said Verizon is the reAson for any delays. They also said they're aware of the reception Issue, and are currently working on a maintenance release that will be over the air! Finally about the battery, they say If you set ur gmail to not update as frequently and arnt using Bluetooth or wifi, and still have battery life you should go to Verizon and get battery tested. When I'm by a computer I will post entire email. Kinda neat.
