Help Logic X4M startup Play Services Error - Custom ROM needed

Hello community, this is my first post.

I recently bought an android phone, the Logic X4M and the sms app was giving an error, so I tried a factory wipe, then when the startup configuration began, after it asked the wifi config & when started to look for update said "google play services stopped" and the configuration process stopped too.

I started the device in recovery mode, made partition wipe, factory wipe, allways the same problem, finally y ran the root test and said FAIL!, apparently has some system files missing, but I can´t seem to find anywhere the custom ROM to reinstall it. The version is logic_x4m_generic_v4.0_20160514, but I can´t find any link online to restore the factory ROM or any other custom ROM.

I aprreciate your help with any possible solution.

How did you root it in the first place?
Nevertheless, is the only error you are now getting is with the google play services? Or are you getting multiple app errors?

I can't see any firmwares to download on their website. Might be best to contact them, and enquire about re-flashing it.

The root check is the factory one, but the device was rooted with 360 root. Now I'm getting multiple error, apps wont open. Tried installing playservices with aptoide but still didn't work and now aptoide and the other apps wont open neither.

Hi Abraham. I wrote an e-mail to Logic's oficial website, by their contacto form, and they answered with the official Logic distributors for my country, Venezuela.
Anyway, I Called them and they provide the software service, but before I tried and succeded changing the device at the store who sold it to me.

Hey Bro! yo también soy de Vzla... mi problema es que ya se me paso el tiempo de garantía, envié el equipo a reparar en el agente autorizado ubicado en ccs, pero no tienen las herramientas para repararlo, tu lograste hacerle root al nuevo?

Qué raro, yo llamé a Maracaibo y Caracas, ambos me dijeron que sí hacían software pero no me podían pasar la ROM sino que debía enviarles el equipo y pagar el servicio. Te dejo los números:

Yo lo envié al de Caracas, ellos solicitaron el SO pero Logic nunca se lo envio, que bien que lograste hacerle root, me harías el favor de pasarme el backup de tu rom para recuperar el mio? al igual creo que fue lo primero que hiciste, me salvarías la vida con eso... me avisas para enviarte mi mail
