Vote for best weather app - Weather Timeline

I do use Accuweather - but I also have a permanent link to the online site with the frontal and jet stream maps. Accuweather needs to dump the videos and put those in.

Weather Underground had them, maybe still does, but trying to become more of a social site. Weatherbug did that, and instead of a forecast, all you got was pictures from social end that you didn't want.

If NOAA ever adds those in the form I like, I'll use that. I far prefer the weather discussions than pretty pictures.

I voted for weather underground of the choices available. The paid version is very good and free of ads. Like Thom, I still use WB Elite, although being that it is no longer supported, I'm not sure how accurate it is. To be honest, the best weather app has a lot to do with where you live. For me, having a weather station near by makes a huge difference. I am fortunate to have a local WB station one half mile away. Most of the other weather apps offer educated predictions/guesstimates but not very accurate local information because the reporting stations are too far away.

I've got a station right down the hill with Accuweather. I can see that far so I can discount it. I'd rather have the frontal map and the jet stream. I will get forecasts for other cities. Pueblo is around 45 minutes away via the interstate, but they are colder at night and warmer in the day. Altitude plays a big difference here.

Weather Underground is still wanting social. Not interested.

Neither WU or Accuweather can find my address by GPS alone. I don't and won't use the other location services. They are close enough.
