ill never buy zte phones again

this is my 5 zte zmax pro the problem that i have with everysingle one is the overheating issue when i download apps when charging also when im on a call im done with zte for good

Wow. Best two phones I've ever owned have been made by ZTE. In the past, I've purchased phones by Apple, Samsung and LG (even spent nearly $800 on one of those and $500 on another). I like the experience I've had with both the original Zmax and the pro.... the best.

Sorry to hear about your issues. Zero overheating problems with my phone. Got it the first day of release. Zero problems.

When you say overheat, does the phone literally get hot to the touch? does it freeze? does it reboot? I feel like you're just experiencing normal battery temps when the phone gets used for a while. It's just hard to believe that all 5 of your phones experienced the same overheating issue.

I know, right? Every phone gets hot when charging or downloading or playing games. If other people aren't having this issue I'm thinking you're overreacting.

If you use the phone while charging.... it does get warm. But, why should that be an issue? Haha.

its get hot then cool down phone works great but i have that issue

I will never buy another ZTE phone because they refuse to release any recovery tools for the device. I like playing with my devices and tinkering with them. I've bricked my LG G2 like... 20 times now? And because of the special recovery tools for it I can flash all I want without worrying because it can be fixed. Not so much for the Zmax Pro.

Had high hopes for my zmax pro, honestly was a good device even without root. Never experienced any heating issues or even lag, nothing bad to say about it and i had 2, ones speaker was broken out the box had to rma it. But the underlining issue here is the fact that their removing bootloaders from their devices. Sold mine for an lg Aristo, wich rooted rtf up.. I refuse to support a company that wants to give the end user something they can only use how they were told to. Ill buy a phone from across seas and wait 4 weeks to get it just to not support a bunk company. If all 5 were getting hot, in similar ways it would be whatever use you put the phone under, its like floors, even if you clean em with cleaning product doesnt mean theur clean, whoever was actually cleaning would have to know how to clean correctly (hope you enjoy my analogy)

Never again buying zte due to the whole bootloader issue as well. I won't support a company that doesn't let me fully own the phone I paid for. First and last zte product. Physical product was pretty effing good for 100$ but without root what's the point in having android

Ehh i had the LG Motion and spents alot of money on 10 phones of the sametype because i screwed up developing OS for the phone
