yes,i just downloaded it

Okay, open a command window and enter: adb devices. You'll know it works if either you get a prompt on your phone asking you about USB debugging(say yes or ok) or your devices show up in the command menu under adb devices. Next, type: adb reboot bootloader. This should reboot your phone into the fastboot menu. From there type: fastboot oem unlock(this will erase your data and apps, make sure you backup important stuff first). Once that's done, type: fastboot reboot . You'll know that is worked if you get a warning screen. Don't worry it's normal. Just press the power button to boot up normally.

(Waiting for device) means that there is a problem with the device driver not installed correctly , guys you are very lazy i mentioned this in the recovery thread you are wasting my time , you Should use Google to search for any error you face and do not choose the easy way by coming and asking the developer.........
dont know whats wrong, and yes i googled it and found nothing

Yeah just start with a fastboot reboot command. If it doesn't reboot your device then you need to stop and find a working fastboot driver or you could also have a connection issue.

To further help troubleshoot that, look in device manager (assuming windows) while connected to the PC and in fastboot mode and ensure that the device is being recognized correctly.
