READ THIS BEFORE PROCEEDING: I took all the latest updates and was sitting on v20k before I flashed the zip I compiled. I dont know if you have to be, but dont be surprised if things dont work if you arent where I am with your phone.

If you wish to report a bug:
Please give a detailed report of what the bug is, things that could possibly cause it (xposed, magisk, etc) and a logcat that was running while the bug occurred. This means you may have to do things to make the bug occur.

once i get wifi figured out for lineage 13 it should hopefully fix it in this too. do you guys want an early zip to flash and play with? almost nothing works but its a nice proof of concept.

I've just been putting off the latest build due to a death in the family...

Alpha 1 is posted. Still working on camera and sensors. Fixing camera will fix the flashlight/camera flash too, and fixing sensors will fix compass and rotation. That will at least get us up to Lineage os 13 level, where everything works but data and dt2w.

Someone try data with this and lemme know if it works or not. Make sure to get a radio log,

adb logcat -b radio > radiolog.txt

DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT KDZ BACK TO STOCK WITHOUT FIRST RESTORING A STOCK BASED ROM THAT IS MARSHMALLOW BASED (PREFERABLY ABOVE 20G) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL HAVE A BRICK THAT I GOT SUPER LUCKY AND FIXED ON MINE BUT I CANNOT GUARANTEE I CAN FIX YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, if someone could get MrObvious an h631/ms631 or knows of a way to unbrick his please do. I could certainly use another dev looking at things. Nougat is being sort of a pain to develop for, and I would eventually like to try to port the O preview and O final source to the Stylo.

I was looking at what asialove posted about getting a rawprogram.xml for the ls770 and maybe I can help get one for the h631. Im gonna look into it, try to see what else you might need if I can get that for you.

So I thought I would report back. It's not a full list but it's what you can expect if you want to play around Lineage OS 14.1 on the Stylo.

* WiFi works, just never turn it off or you need to reboot to turn it back on.
* Data doesn't work (as stated)
* Camera doesn't work (as stated)
* GPS works
* Calling works, but the first call had to be on WiFi before I could call out on the cell network.
* Texting works (may be WiFi only), MMS does not.
* YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu (and therefore sound) works.
* Rotation doesn't work (couldn't rotate the phone to make YouTube full screen), but apps that force rotation (Netflix, Hulu) will work. Youtube will also work full screen if you force it with the button.

Great build so far! Let me know what you're looking for in a logcat and I'll send it along.

thanks, glad you like it. rotation working build hasnt been uploaded because i started a new job. hopefully this weekend. as for the other stuff, im kind of shooting in the dark until someone uploads a nougat system dump from the ls775 (g stylo 2 sprint) since it shares the same hardware.

Not sure if this will help but lg posted the ls775 nougat kernel source...

Oh and the k550 kernel is up there too but i doubt that one will do much good for the 631...

I have flash this ROM on my lg g4 stylus(ms631). It boots fine, except camera and cellular data doesn't work.
