It's a food tray for your android cats.
Add a treat (food, fish, candy maybe) to the dish and wait for a notification (it might take hours to receive a notification).
Once you receive a notification, you'll see the cat in gallery.
You can save pics of all different cats that appear and share with your friends.
Maybe you can brag about having a cat with some speicifc colours which none of your friends have seen yet.

Repeat the above process again until you get bored.
I saved around 30 cats pics until i got bored and then disabled it lol
