Every song shows the same picture

So every song in my library on my phone shows this picture and have tried everything to remove it including deleting the picture,  deleting all my music, calling google, trying to Google play  web player but only my Downloaded music shows  and those r the only songs that DONT have that picture as the album art. 
So I have a long list of songs with this picture next to each one.  It's embarrassing haha

OK, I changed the thread title to describe the issue

Try the free version of PowerAmp and change the album art setting setting to download album art and change the album art download to WiFi only. That will save you from using mobile data and it works well with most albums.

Ok funny thing is I downloaded that and a DIFF pic is on that one haha. Anyway it's a lot more user friendly but it says 'trial' it's not a subscription type app is it? Cuz I don't want to pay monthly for a music player lol. I just want an app that will play my music and is customizable in the settings enough to let me exclude pictures from my folders.. just like this one does.

No. You only pay once when the trial period runs out. I know that trial period is less than a month but the paid version is worth it. Trust me one this one. Don't trust me if i tell you what horse to bet.
I'm much better with Android than horses.

It is. But generally songs from the same disk will show the same art.

I'm only slightly OCD. It stopped irritating me when I got them all done.
