Wifi connections turning off

Wifi connections connect but then are "turned off". Tried forgetting and when password is input error message says incorrect password and authentication error. Was having issue with Comcast wifi until they refreshed my signal. Now I cannot connect and stay connected to work or othet wifi. Help please!

I have a few apps Kaspersky, 360, Malwarebytes, etc. Boost Service who tried a soft boot. Samsung has tried using Smart Tutor and suggested Factory Reset.

My Comcast wifi is ok as long as I am home. Also, apps are now heating up phone so I am constantly cooling it down.

Ok let clear up something, you say your WiFi is ok as long as you are at home. So l take it that you have connection problem when you're away trying to log in from somebody else Comcast Wi-Fi connection or something?

My phone is set up to jump from Comcast wifi Hotspots while i am out and work wifi when in range. This started after visiting Pintrest and watching videos on utube.

WiFi always on. Samsung Galaxy S 4, boost mobile. Was originally with sprint.

uninstall 360. Not sure if that is the issue but it's a garbage app.

I have had 360 for over a year with no problems. My phone picked something up either on Pintrest or Utube and I have not been able to identify how to rid my phone of the problem.
