Help Wrong Pass Code Too Many Times...

A buddy's friend was attempting to get into his phone and entered the pass code too many times. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get into his phone without doing a factory reset or losing everything on his phone? He's not tech savvy so I'm trying to help him out and I'm fairly certain none of his stuff is backed up (contacts, picts, etc)... I appreciate any suggestions and help!!

By default, on a Turbo 2 by Verizon... the contacts are saved in the default Google account... so those may not be lost unless the user had changed where the contact info is saved to.

For the pictures... connect the phone to a computer using a USB cord and select to connect it as a storage device and the pictures should be either in the internal storage or the sdcard.... typically the default camera app saves under the DCIM folder in a subfolder....

Wrong code entered too many times with the real possibility of the phone securely erasing all its contents. That's what the FBI had to deal with that iPhone last year, when they wanted the evidence data from it.

Pretty sure that won't work if the phone is locked though.
