How do I make a video call on the ZTE Max pro phone

How do I make a video call on the ZTE Max pro phone

on the contact list. next to the phone icon there should be a camara icon thats video calling.

Or when your on call there's a drop down tab click it note the one you are calling must have MetroPCS branded phone (I think)
