screen keeps going to the left !!!

ok first, i was on leak v3 and kept having an issue with the screen just all of a sudden going to the left and when i would use the eris in landscape mode and try to play baseball superstars 09 i cant because then the cursor is constantly going down and dont even get me going about trying to type anything(although skype is working AWESOME ) so i went to the verizon store since the ota was rolling out and they couldnt tell i had the leak. swapped out the phone for a new one got the official update like almost immediately and when i put it on the charger to charge it, it started to do the exact same thing so i returned to the store and the guy was trying to say an app killer would fix the issue or one of my apps was doing it, only thing was i hadnt installed any of my apps on this "new" phone so i called his bluff and they are sending me yet another phone. SO.... is anyone else having this issue when you put your phone on the charger and if so what did you do to fix it ????

We've seen issues cropping up now and then which point to the charger and/or its connector as being the cause.

Most often, resolution comes about with replacement of the charger and cable.

Incidentally, it seems ill advised to use the device very much at all while it is connected to a wall outlet. Using it while it as connected to the USB port on a computer seems harmless, though.

i tried 2 different chargers and still got the same issue here i have even tried different power outlets i have tried so many things here verizon is being pretty good with switching the phone for me but is there steps i can do with the new phone like maybe stay on 1.5 and not upgrade or is this a phone issue and not software ?

Its a phone issue, faulty charger port, get a replacement.

swapped the phone out twice already waiting on third one do i just keep doing this till i get one that doesnt have it or do i just have terrible luck and got the 2 phones in the stack that have this issue ?

What chargers are you using? I use a blackberry charger, rarely every use a car charger and if i do its the one that came with my tomtom gps

i use the factory one that came with it ( that is extremely too short might i add ) and then also use the one ( from verizon ) that is a wall and car charger in one and same issue with both

I would say you got some bad phones, bad luck, then....get a new one and have them note your account.
