Go in to Settings > Apps, click on the three dots menu on the right. Choose 'Show system'.
Force stop and clear the data (by clicking on Storage) for the following two apps:
com.ztefingerprints.service
Fingerprint service
Then reboot and try to register your finger prints again. If that doesn't work you can always try to factory reset.
