Note8 Shipping Thread

I don't know this time but my Note 7 did. I watched the tracking.

I ordered mine from Verizon on the 24th and it says expected ship date is the 14th though the Verizon customer service rep I ordered from said I should receive it by the 14. Can't be soon enough for me!! My Note 5 seems to be on the verge of failing. It's my 8th Note 5 phone btw. They've replaced it 7 times! I hope to god I don't have the same level of issues with the N8!

Former Note 7 owners were given the assurance that they would be the first to receive the Note 8 - I GLADLY participated in the trade-in program, because they gave me top dollar for my Verizon Note 5. I would expect to get the Note 8 around the 13th... but I paid the extra $14 for express shipping, which is overnight. I may get mine on the 12th!

Living next to ups has nothing to do with the speed in which it ships from the origin to your local ups center and then locally delivered to you. I've had many an order arrive Thurs night but not delivered until Mon because I paid for 2nd day Delivery not next day, tracking clearly showed that. In your case you paid for next day so you'll get it, I live 15mins from UPS and I always get it at the end of the day, I asked the driver about that and he told me they drive out to the furthest location from the local depot and work their way back, hence the reason it's end of day for my address. Lastly how did you get UPS?? Every order I ever placed with Samsung for a phone always came FedEx

i sold my asus gaming laptop with 64 gb ram and 1080 8 gig graphics and 17 inch display with 4 ghz overclock to get a note 8 or two. im freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee to fly.

I am not sure why you think that I don't know how my packages come but I do. I always get my UPS packages about the same time of day. First of all I didn't mention that it was coming from any origin, of course they originally come from Korea but I was referring as it being shipped from UPS and yes they do get here next day. And as far as it being shipped UPS mine always have come from UPS and and not FedEx and I didn't order from Samsung.

Because they are made in Korea!!..... How else do you think they get here??

So I was able to actually order mine at 1135pm on the 23rd.   No screen even came up to redeem the promo items but it should be fine since they say there's an app to use for redeeming the promo

I ordered mine the minute it opened and I got a ship date of 9/4 which is Labor day? I ordered thru at&t! Hoping that's a correct ship date and they ship a lil early like they usually do! Im not a patient person and this wait is killing me, been waiting for this phone since I had to return my 2nd note 7!

Lastly they are Made In China NOT Korea, so they won't go China > Korea > USA not happening

I am enthusiastic about this device. It wil be my first samsung.

These threads can be fun to keep up with others' ship dates. We are a family of Note8's after all!

I ordered from T-Mobile on launch night 9:11 pm pacific, and I EXPECT to get this sucker by the 13/14th of September.

I think you'll get it before that. I still think they will have them in the stores before the 15th too. Just my opinion but I think preorders will go out before this weekend.
You will love Samsung...I do anyway. I have all the Notes and I now have a S8+ and I love it almost as much as I loved the Note 7.

You do know Apple's iPhone is not made in the USA either just because that is the home base, Right?? just like Samsung's home base is Korea
