Stuck in a boot loop

Hello I have a LS751 Volt 2 from boost mobile. Well I finally had it rooted and working great. Well me being in a hurry I forgot to turn on my oem lock before I flashed twrp. Now I am stuck in a secure booting error loop. I can get into recovery and also download mode. I am lost for files on this phone. And I am at V3 as well. I think I covered envery thing. Other then I've been reading for 3 days trying to find a way to flash this back to stock. Not having any luck. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance

Don't root your primary phone that you use for daily use in case of issues like this that may occur.

Ok, here!
First, download these files: recovery.zip (attached to this thread), LG Drivers (google it), and this: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347799389

Install the drivers. Extract that zip.
Boot your phone into download mode.
Plug it into your PC.
Open a windows CMD, and cd to that extracted ZIP directory. Then open your device manager. (Click the start menu, then search for Device Manager, then click on Device Manager) then expand the "COM and etc..." you will see something like "LGE (something) COM#"
REMEMBER THAT COM PORT.

Open that windows CMD, cd to that LG_Root folder and run the commands.
Push_File.exe //./COM# /path/to/recovery.zip /tmp/recovery.zip

Send_Command.exe //./COM#

ls /tmp/
[Enter]
(It will say fail)
ls /tmp/
[Enter]
(You should see that recovery.zip now)

dd if=/tmp/recovery.zip of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p19
[Enter]
LEAVE
[Enter]

Watch your phone boot into it's OS.
It might take a while.

P.S: Don't extract the recovery.zip, it's actually a .img file but this site doesn't allow .img files.
