Help when ever call ends dialogue appears with same ad and ok button

when ever call ends dialogue appears with same ad and ok button

I have samsung note 5, when ever call end i recieve a dialogue with ok msg.. that says to send sms to a number in order to win 100k$..
if someone calls and call end it doesnt appears.
if i call but the next person doesnot recieve it.. the dialogue doesnt appears
if i call and the next person recieves,, when call ends the dialogue appears with ok button.

the dialogue appears if internet is available or not
the dialogue appears even if phone in safe mode.

this dialogue is of white colour with simple same ad everytime..

pls assist..

The ads appearing even when it's in safe mode, doesn't sound good at all. Is your Note5 rooted? Because if it is, you may need to re-flash the firmware as the adware is apparently in system if it appears even in safe mode.

No its not rooted and was never rooted

So these ads are definitely appearing even when booted into safe mode? That just should not be happening, unless the adware is in system with root permissions AFAIK. Could try factory reset, but if the ads are still appearing after that, then probably only option would be reflashing the Samsung firmware.

How long has it been like this. Have you been installing downloaded apps or games from outside of Google Play or Amazon Apps?
