Curious...

Since Friends and Family, if I'm reading this correctly, allows unlimited minutes to/from any 5 numbers, not just cell numbers, but land-lines as well...

AND since you can use Google Voice to place calls by calling your Google Voice number, then placing the call from there...

AND since Google Voice integrates completely (At least on my Hero) to the point that you can place ALL your out-going calls through Google Voice with absolutely no change what-so-ever in the dialer (GV basically intercepts out-going calls to automatically place them through GV)...

In essence, unless Verizon changes their policy on Friends and Family, everyone who has "Friends and Family", AND a Google Voice account, should be able to get all domestic OUTGOING calls for free... Quite a reversal from the normal "free incoming" that many carriers offer :)This would actually drastically drop the number of minutes per month required by some people.

You can have Google Voice either display the caller-id of the person calling your GV number, OR your GV number itself, if you have it set to display the GV number itself, instead of the actual calling number, would it be treated by Verizon as an incoming call from your F&F list, also allowing free incoming calls?
