Xenforo is modern looking, vbulletin is professional, ipb is clean and sleek.

The theme, and content of Android Forums cost money to create, and it costs money to maintain it. Given that, you may not copy or reuse any part of this forum, because it's not your property.

The terms of service are clear about copying content and materials used to construct the site. It's not allowed.
When a member signs up to this forum, they agree to the Terms Of Service. Someone declaring an intention to copy the site must be made aware of this.
