Strange Icon

This icon is constantly in the top right corner of my phone screen, i have browsed the internet but found no information about this specific icon. Can anyone tell me what it means...

I asked this on the 2nd or 3rd day I had the phone. I found it to be a "Generic Notification".

You can open your notifications by sliding down along the notification bar, or by pressing the Home Button and then selecting Notifications from the Home Screen. I found that it comes up when my Location is unknown and it wants me to set the time for some reason. Just clear the notification and you'll be fine.

I'd welcome a permanent solution though!
