App for Video chat between EVO and PC

Any news regarding whether we can video conference with a PC or Mac using our EVO? gChat? iChat? Skype? My understanding is that qik will not do this - it will only be evo-to-evo or evo-to-web, is that true?

My understanding is its like youtube. you will not be able to communicate directly with someone on a PC, they will just be able to watch the video you take.
I want to know if EVO-to-PC two-way communication is possible, like two-way between PCs, a la Skype.

Third parties (skype, AOL AIM, Ustream, etc) are free to develop any app they want. I'm sure we'll get some good PC/Evo chat clients soon.

the Qik app works great. We were trying it out at our store today, live video streams right from the Evo to Qik without a hitch, theres a 3-4 second delay. Easily one of the sickest things ive ever seen on a cell phone

Do you mean a one-way stream like Qik has done for years or do you mean someone on their phone can chat with someone on their PC's webcam? That's the part we all are wondering about for those many friends who will not have Evos.

Imochiva is the only app I found that works evo to pc. sound is hard to hear but picture looks good
