I was trying to download a app from google play and i was getting error 491 i googled it and the best answer i could find was to just restart my phone i did it and now all my photos are gone es file explorer says no sd card mounted lucky patcher wont let me do anything wallpaper changer says could not load images i found 2 apps in the apps list that had no package name or icon i deleted them then did a trojan scan nothing came up no viruses either i have not downloaded ANYTHING for a long time meaning those 2 apps have been there a while i have no idea what to do

Try your SD in a computer or other device, check it hasn't failed. SDs can and do sometimes fail, and maybe without warning.

We can't help you with Lucky Patcher though, as that's used for theft, which is against forum rules. But if it was on an SD that failed, could be why it fell over badly?

I assume your phone is rooted?

You will need to do the following:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Scroll down to Google Pay Services and open it
  4. Clear data and cache
  5. Do the same thing for the Google Play Store
  6. Restart your phone
  7. Open Google Play Store, let it sync, and you should be able to download whatever app was giving you error 491.

If it's not rooted, how are you using LP to "simulate purchases"?
Because I believe it needs root to bypass Play Store license checks and and to enable in-app purchases. I've never used LP of course, that's only what I've read.

Frankly to me it now sounds like something has failed catastrophically with the internal storage, like it's possibly badly corrupted. How you can get anything back, have no ideas, and may be unrecoverable. .

I recovered my data what happened was for some reason the internal storage didnt mount a reboot fixed the problem
