Mirror/cast smartphone Android OS to PC

I dropped my Nexus 6P on asphalt last night and now the display won't turn on anymore. The rest of the phone seems to be functioning properly, because I can still unlock it with my fingerprint and I still receive Whatsapp sound notifications.

My problem is that I had a couple of apps open that I don't want to lose when I get it repaired.

Is it possible to connect my Nexus 6P to my PC and then project/cast/mirror the screen to my PC and navigate through the Android operating system of my phone, without having to give permission for that on the phone itself? I might need some sort of hacking software for this, so I'm wondering if it exists, or maybe there's an easy way.

No. To do that you'd have to enable several items on your phone first and install some apps.
So there really is no way that it's possible to cast my phone's screen to my PC without setting up some sort of app on my phone?

Also, do you know if it's possible to take out my SIM card while my phone is still powered on, without causing any issues? Because I might want to take it out and put it in my old smartphone.

Taking the SIM card out won't cause any issues. The phone will just ask you to restart if you insert one while on.
Alright, thanks for your help, I appreciate it :)

I have another question that you might be able to answer. I have a couple of websites opened up in my Chrome for Android app. I'm pretty sure the Chrome app is connected to my Google account, because it's is made by them. Is there any way that it's possible for me to check - via my Google account or some other way - what websites I've got opened up in my Chrome Android app?

If it's syncing, it would appear if you look at the history on Chrome for PC.
